How to Delete Your Account
At Solaa, we respect your data sovereignty. You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated research data at any time.
What happens when you delete your account?
This action is irreversible. Once processed:
- All your research notes, documents, and Scholarly Layer files will be purged.
- Your AI Memory Clusters and personalization signatures will be wiped.
- Your account identity and authentication tokens will be deleted.

Delete via the Mobile App (Recommended)
Open the Solaa app, go to your Profile, and select Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

Request via Email
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request manual deletion by contacting our Data Protection Office.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Solaa account. Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
